Introduction
Thermal Gas Mass Flowmeter เครื่องวัดอัตราการไหลก๊าซแบบเทอร์มอลแมส (Thermal Mass) วัดค่าโดยตรงแบบ Mass Flow ไม่ต้องชดเชยอุณหภูมิและความดัน ใช้หลักการถ่ายเทความร้อน (Thermal Diffusion) เพื่อวัดอัตราการไหลของก๊าซแบบ Mass Flow โดยตรง ทำให้ไม่ต้องใช้ Pressure Sensor หรือ Temperature Sensor เพิ่มเติม ช่วยลดความซับซ้อนของระบบและเพิ่มความแม่นยำในการวัด เหมาะสำหรับงานก๊าซความเร็วต่ำ ก๊าซอัตราการไหลต่ำ และงานที่ต้องการความเสถียรสูง เช่น อากาศอัด ก๊าซไนโตรเจน ก๊าซออกซิเจน ก๊าซชีวภาพ ก๊าซธรรมชาติ และก๊าซอุตสาหกรรมอื่น ๆ ตัวเครื่องมีทั้งแบบ Inline Type และ Insertion Type รองรับท่อขนาดเล็กถึงท่อขนาดใหญ่
